We called Mike Friesen to fix our gas fireplace. At the same time we asked for a quote for a new gas water tank.His price was lower than Home Depot. New Heatpump and duct work. Hot water on Demand. Mike has been extremely professional throughout the entire installation. We needed to start from scratch with duct work installation in our 29 year old house. Mike scheduled everything in a timely manner as our old furnace needed to be removed before duct work could start. He gave us 3 options and said to look at each and was ready to answer any questions we had. Not to mention our hot water tank needed to be moved to garage to make room so we decided to go to hot water on demand. Everything happened fairly seamlessly. The duct guys Ken and Evan were amazing too!. We are so happy and comfortable with our new heat pump. It is so quiet, we don't even know it's on! Great job Mike, Ken and Evan!

Wow .. if there was a button higher than 5/5 this company definitely would be top of our list. Long story short, we were running on emergency heat last 6 months misdiagnosed by another company, after some research hubby picked Fujitsu as being the most technically advanced heat pump. Mike helped me by offering a contact for rebates as well as moved some appointments to provide immediate professional installation as our house was chilly, amazing workmanship. We had very good service from Mike. He's busy but came at exactly the scheduled time and fixed our heat-pump. Our previous service guys were ripping us off. Mike explained what needed to be done and charged us exactly as Quoted. No surprises. He's our goto guy now.
Our furnace broke during a cold snap. Mike came out the same day, Friday afternoon, gave us an estimate, and started right away on Monday. There were some hardware issues with the new unit, and he had them replaced by the manufacturer as soon as he could, and worked hard and extra long to get everything going for us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive, and seemed to really care about doing a great job and getting us out of the cold. We will continue to use his services for our property. Checked two fireplaces. Both working well and not needing repairs. One fireplace has some rust, possible gas valve replacement. Suggested eventually replacing it. Inspection of main furnace. Found to be in good condition, not requiring parts or unit replacement. Took extra time to answer questions re: upgrading furnace and installing heat pump. Gave pros and cons for all options. Most importantly was impressed that Mike did not try to sell or perform service that was not requested or unnecessary.
